Right of Withdrawal
If you are residence of EU country you have the right to withdraw within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods. To exercise this right you must inform us of your decision to withdraw with an unequivocal statement emailed to info@lazorahq.com.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
Costs in Case of Withdrawal
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You are liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalized, to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, to goods that after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items, to sealed items and accessories once unsealed. For electronics or appliances, the right of withdrawal may not apply if original seals or packaging are broken.
