Return Policy

You may request to return eligible products within 3 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return items must be unused in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. We will provide you with return instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods. Certain items are excluded from return or withdrawal rights for hygiene, safety, or resale reasons. These include: Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Goods which after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items. Certain electronics or appliances if the original seals or packaging are broken.
