General Return Conditions

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item has been handled in a way that diminishes its value. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@lazorahq.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the goods or evidence of return shipment.
