You may request to return eligible products within 3 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return items must be unused in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info.lazorahq@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods. Certain items are excluded from return or withdrawal rights for hygiene, safety, or resale reasons. These include: Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Goods which after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items. Certain electronics or appliances if the original seals or packaging are broken.
Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item has been handled in a way that diminishes its value. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@lazorahq.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the goods or evidence of return shipment. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
